With our deepest apologies, due to COVID-19, we unfortunately had to cancel the 2020 Conference. The hotel is automatically cancelling all room reservations, there is no need to contact them. We plan to resume registrations on 01/01/2021 for the rescheduled conference which will be held November 15-19, 2021. It is our hope to have the same speakers we had lined up for the 2020 conference in 2021.
If you have already registered for the conference as a student or as a vendor, you can either request a refund or we can carry it over to the 2021 Conference. Please advise which you would prefer by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our individual contact information is listed on the contact/board of directors page if you need to speak to someone in particular.
